Professional cook Margareta Wiklund will be using our kitchens to teach quick, healthy and most importantly delicious meals. She will be demonstrating several different nutritious dishes that are super tasty and quick to make.

This workshop will focus on quick and healthy meals that can easily be made after work when you're tired and hungry but prefer something fresh and delicious rather than a ready meal or a takeaway. By the end, you'll know more about healthy cooking without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

Come together for an afternoon of socialising, fragrant dishes, and learning, all in the cosy kitchens at the Foundation.

You will be tasting the food as you go along and sit down to a buffet at the end with all the food cooked during the demonstration.

Every ticket includes a copy of Margareta's ebook  "A Tasty & Easy Way to Healthy Eating.”
