Earlston Studios 'Rhymer's Works'

The Print Studio at Rhymer’s Works in Earlston (E End, Earlston TD4 6HU) is a small and inclusive space serving the local community and spreading the joy of printmaking through workshops, classes and renting out the space. We aim to be inclusive with affordable sessions, subsidised ticket prices and no membership fees (for the time being). This is an evolving space and we hope to learn and adapt as we continue, so we are open to feedback on how the print studio may serve you best.

The studio will provide inks and sundries and there will be a shop to buy printing plates, paper and other equipment. There will be space to store your own box of sundries and for storage of prints.

Before using the studio for print club or hiring a press for the first time, you will need to have an induction session which can be booked separately or as part of your first session, with an introduction to the studio facilities.

There is also chance to hire out the workshop and run your own class for groups; charities will be subsidised by the Hugo Burge Foundation. The Hugo Burge Foundation can offer subsidised tickets to sessions if you need.
